How to search for identities in BuildingBlocks
-
Ensure you are logged in to BuildingBlocks. While you may be able to see the default interface without logging in, the search function will be limited to the data the city makes publicly available. Logging in ensures you have access to all data in the tool.
-
Click into the Search Bar at the top of the user interface. In the search bar you have the ability to search for a property or identity. To search for an identity, ensure that the “Identities” option is highlighted. Once selected, and depending on the configuration of your BuildingBlocks instance, you may have multiple options for types of identities to search for. For example: “Property Manager” or “Utility Customer”
